US Patent Attorney, ex patent examiner at USPTO

Ms. Ho is a former patent examiner at USPTO (1994 to 2001) and worked in IP boutique firms in Washington DC area before she moved to Beijing and set up her own practice, www.ipfortune-china.com, two years ago. Ms. Ho was also an engineer at IBM with an operation system development team and at Datafocus with a porting tool development team.

Since 2004, Ms. Ho have helped many Chinese and US clients to obtain and protect their IPRs in both Chinese and US markets.

As a member of the American Chamber of Commerce - China, Ms. Ho setup and co-chaired Small and Medium sized Enterprises forum promoting small business interests in China. She is also an active writer in the IPRs field, many articles were published in the leading high tech magazine, CEO&CIO.

Ms. Ho received her J.D. from Catholic University of America in Washington DC. She earned her Master's degree in Systems Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Arizona. Ms. Ho earned her first Bachelor's degree in Sociology from National Taiwan University in Taiwan before she moved to the US.
